Sushi Cakes Bangalore is a vegetarian sushi cake and sushi gifting brand based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Our products are prepared fresh and are available for celebrations, gifting, events, corporate occasions and other special occasions.

The website is primarily intended to showcase our products, flavours, services and portfolio. It does not function as an online shopping or payment platform.

We make every effort to ensure that the information, descriptions and images displayed on the website are accurate.

However:

Sushi cakes and other products are handmade and may have slight variations in appearance, decoration, colour, size and presentation.
Product images are for representational purposes only and the final product may vary depending on ingredient availability, seasonality and design requirements.
Decorations, toppings, garnishes and other visual elements may differ from those shown in photographs.
Certain ingredients may be substituted with suitable alternatives where required, particularly due to availability.

Our products are vegetarian.
Jain-friendly options may be available upon prior request and confirmation. Customers must clearly communicate their dietary requirements at the time of enquiry or booking.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

We take reasonable care to ensure that every order is securely and appropriately packed before it leaves our kitchen. We also provide our delivery partners/riders with instructions to handle the products carefully during transportation.

However, once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner/rider, Sushi Cakes Bangalore cannot be held responsible for damage, movement, spillage, change in appearance or any other issue caused by circumstances arising during transit or due to handling beyond our reasonable control.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Sudden braking or acceleration;
Rough or uneven roads;
Traffic conditions;
Accidents or unforeseen incidents during transit;
Incorrect handling by the delivery partner/rider; or
Any other circumstances occurring after the product has left our kitchen.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the product reaches you in the same condition in which it leaves our kitchen, including providing appropriate packaging and clear handling instructions to our delivery partners.

Delivery timelines may also be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details and ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

Our products may contain or come into contact with ingredients including, but not limited to, dairy, soy, sesame, nuts and other common allergens.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing us before confirming their order.

Although we take reasonable care when preparing food, we cannot guarantee that our products will be completely free from traces of allergens.

Submitting an enquiry through our website, social media or other communication channels does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Product details have been finalised;
Date and delivery/pick-up details have been confirmed;
Pricing has been agreed upon; and
Any applicable advance payment has been received.

Availability is subject to our production capacity and the requested date.

We accept customisation requests subject to feasibility.

Custom designs, flavours, decorations, packaging and special requirements may affect the final price.

We reserve the right to decline a customisation request if it is not technically feasible, does not meet our food-safety requirements, or cannot be accommodated within the available preparation time.

Prices communicated by Sushi Cakes Bangalore are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price for a confirmed booking will be the price agreed upon at the time of confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for customisation, special decorations, add-ons, delivery, urgent orders or other special requests.

We do not deliver , it needs to be booked via parcel services like porter / rapido / uber etc from the customer's end

Our products are freshly prepared and are best consumed within the recommended time communicated at the time of delivery or pick-up.

Customers are responsible for storing the products appropriately after receiving them.

Once a product has been delivered or collected, Sushi Cakes Bangalore cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, handling, exposure to heat or delayed consumption.

Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the size, nature and preparation stage of the order.
But there will be no refund for the same . If cancelled at an earlier stage , it can be redeemed within 1 month.

Because our products are freshly prepared and may involve advance procurement of ingredients and customised preparation, cancellations or changes made close to the scheduled delivery/pick-up time may not be eligible for a refund.

The applicable cancellation or refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking where applicable.

We make every reasonable effort to prepare and deliver orders on time.

However, we will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruptions, accidents, power or equipment failures, ingredient shortages, natural disasters, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

All photographs, product images, text, graphics, logos, designs and other content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Sushi Cakes Bangalore unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.
